Joel Finley - Business Leader and Sports Fan with Diverse Ventures

An entrepreneur in Sandwich, Massachusetts, Joel Finley has owned and operated multiple businesses over the past decade. Since 2013, Joel Fonley has served as the CEO of Energy Auction House. This Sandwich-based energy brokerage firm offers various energy-related services, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and energy management.

Alongside his work in the energy sector, Joel Finley owns several food and beverage establishments. He runs Phatty’s, Ice Cream Sandwich, and Off the Grid. One of his ventures, a BBQ restaurant also named Off the Grid, was located in the Virgin Islands but relocated to Sandwich after being affected by hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.

Beyond his business ventures, Joel Finley has also been involved in media and sports. He appeared on a New England sports fishing show and participated in the first Legends game at Fenway Park in 2010, where he scored a goal in front of 35,000 fans. Mr. Finley’s passion for fishing also led him to win three fishing tournaments in the Virgin Islands.
